Director of Sales Opportunity

Excel Hotel Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to join our team at the newly renovated Hampton Inn Morgan Hill. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing brand awareness in the local market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the local market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and agreements to ensure maximum profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales training programs and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality sales and management.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and increasing market share.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-oriented sales strategies.
