Job Opportunity: Director of Sales

Excel Hotel Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing brand awareness in the local market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans and tactics.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality sales and/or management.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing market share.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
