KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sales Performance: Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, focusing on revenue growth and expense management.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient store operations by maintaining staffing levels, overseeing inventory management, and upholding store standards.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth.
  • Visual Merchandising: Uphold visual presentation standards, ensuring the store is attractively displayed and aligned with brand guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in analyzing business metrics to drive performance improvements.
  • Customer-focused with a positive and energetic demeanor.
