Position Overview

As a key member of our retail team, you will play an essential role in ensuring that our customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience. Your primary responsibilities will include providing outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries, and facilitating the checkout process as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers by answering questions and helping them locate products.
  • Participate in store operations by receiving and unloading merchandise deliveries.
  • Organize and display products according to company standards.
  • Ensure all items are accurately priced and presented attractively.
  • Handle returns and restock items efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
  • Report any suspicious activities to management.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Prior experience in retail or grocery settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
  • The ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet daily objectives.
  • Physical ability to lift items up to 50 pounds and perform various manual tasks.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings and weekends.
