About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Leader to join our team at Tapestry. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and implement business-driving initiatives to build repeat business and attract new customers.
  • Store Performance: Communicate and achieve store productivity targets, including sales per hour, customer traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Team Leadership: Lead by example, provide coaching and training to team members, and ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and sales.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure visual merchandising directives are implemented and store presentation standards are achieved and maintained.
  • Operational Excellence: Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, manage payroll budget, and maintain company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of management experience in a comparable retail environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze sales reports and identify business trends.
  • Education: College degree preferred.
