  • Customer Service: Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Drive sales through effective communication with customers, maintaining a thorough knowledge of products and services offered by 7-Eleven.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms.
  • Cash Handling: Operate the register with accuracy and efficiency, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, including checking in deliveries from vendors.
  • Physical Requirements: Constant standing, bending, reaching, frequent lifting of 1-5 lbs, and occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Previous Retail Experience: Preferred.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Required.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Required.
