Client & Service Specialist:
Develop initiatives that drive business growth and foster customer loyalty.
Communicate and achieve store productivity goals, including sales metrics and customer engagement rates.
Ensure all team members complete the sales training program and cultivate strong product knowledge across all categories.
Model and oversee the sales environment, providing consistent coaching on the sales training process to guarantee exceptional customer service and sales performance.
Leadership and Talent Development:
Assist the Store Manager in achieving financial success through the enhancement of measurable outcomes that positively influence store performance.
Step into the Store Manager role during their absence.
Lead by example in achieving personal sales targets.
Educate the team on sales strategies, personal objectives, and measurable performance indicators, coaching them to maximize business outcomes.
Network within the community to ensure efficient filling of open positions with minimal disruption to business operations.
Conduct ongoing evaluations of employee performance.
Brand Equity Enhancement:
Comprehend and effectively communicate the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle to both the sales team and customers.
Ensure adherence to brand and operational standards to maintain brand consistency.
Implement visual merchandising directives and uphold store presentation standards.
Relay merchandise performance, stock levels, business trends, and customer feedback to the Store Manager to enhance customer service and sales.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee and execute store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, bank deposits, and securing the facility.
Assist the Store Manager in maintaining payroll budgets by managing schedules and making necessary adjustments based on business needs.
Monitor and uphold company policies and procedures with a focus on loss prevention to safeguard the company's inventory and assets.
Accurately manage all POS transactions to maintain inventory integrity.
