About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Vice President to lead our Property and Buildings division in the New England region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and overseeing the implementation of process changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality projects and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of process changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in the A/E/C industry, with a strong background in property and buildings.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a focus on innovation and problem-solving.
  • Advanced knowledge of relevant laws, codes, and regulations.
