Executive Vice President of Risk Management

- Maximize outcomes for the organization by personally challenging the way business is done and proactively bringing solutions forward.
- Develop, drive, and own key strategic initiatives through the stages of design, implementation, and execution.
- Bachelor's degree and 5 to 10 years of insurance, risk management, or related experience with demonstrated increasing responsibility.
- Strong strategic and critical thinking skills, with the ability to utilize data and analysis to make effective business decisions.
- High degree of comfort operating with ambiguity and ability to quickly build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results.
