About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Vice President to lead our Property and Buildings division in the New England region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and overseeing the implementation of process changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality projects and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the success of our Property and Buildings division.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in engineering, mechanical, and infrastructure design in the A/E/C industry.
  • Engineer license required (multi-state preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency with mechanical engineering principles, practices, process, design/build, standard of care, and the application to permitting and project work-related issues.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to manage staff and effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic lateral thinking and strong analytical skills with attention to detail and prioritization of responsibilities in a pressure work environment.
