Job Overview

  • Reviewing and enhancing current planning methodologies.
  • Conducting operational analyses to pinpoint areas for restructuring or optimization.
  • Partnering with the executive team to align on strategic planning and priority setting.
  • Researching long-term economic trends to assess their potential impact on sales growth and market positioning.
  • Identifying opportunities for business expansion and potential acquisitions.
  • Managing investment strategies and collaborating with financial institutions to secure necessary capital for growth initiatives.
  • Performing additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree and/or CPA certification is preferred.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, along with experience in accounting software.
  • Familiarity with EPIC software is advantageous.
Work Environment

The physical demands of this role require regular communication and dexterity. Employees may need to lift or move items up to 25 pounds. The work environment typically maintains a low to moderate noise level, conducive to focused work.
