The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- A Master's degree and/or CPA certification is preferred.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles.
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, along with experience in accounting software.
- Familiarity with EPIC software is advantageous.
The physical demands of this role require regular communication and dexterity. Employees may need to lift or move items up to 25 pounds. The work environment typically maintains a low to moderate noise level, conducive to focused work.
