Responsibilities
Automotive Sales Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and assess their automotive needs and objectives.
- Showcase products that align with those objectives.
- Conduct test drives, emphasizing the features and advantages of each vehicle.
- Present purchasing options in a clear and professional manner.
- Assist in completing all necessary paperwork.
- Utilize customer relationship management software to maintain strong customer connections through various communication channels.
- Stay in touch with customers to ensure a positive ownership experience and expand the dealership's customer base through repeat and referral business.
