Job Overview

The position of Store Manager is crucial for overseeing the daily operations of our automotive service center. This role is essential in supporting our mission to be recognized as a trusted leader in tire and auto services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Development: Cultivate a skilled team of sales and technical staff to ensure a consistently exceptional guest experience.
  • Sales Achievement: Drive sales performance by developing and executing effective sales strategies, while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our products and services.
  • Product Promotion: Introduce and recommend tire and service offerings to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Staff Management: Ensure optimal staffing levels by managing recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations of team members.
  • Expense Management: Control operational costs through effective management of payroll, utilities, and other expenditures.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support store operations.
Management Scope:

The Store Manager will provide leadership to all store personnel, including service technicians and support staff, while operating under the guidance of upper management.

Compensation:

Annual salary range: $50,000 - $70,000

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-4 years of proven leadership experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage financial performance while controlling costs.
  • Strong capability to motivate and influence a team towards achieving objectives.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Customer-focused mindset with extensive experience in service-oriented environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.

Work Environment:

This role is situated in an automotive service center, with exposure to typical shop conditions, including noise and various environmental factors.

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent standing and walking required.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and reaching.
