What You Will Accomplish:


The Advanced Wound Care Sales Consultant (AWC) plays a crucial role in meeting the sales objectives within the designated territory.

Success in this position is achieved by fostering robust relationships with customers, executing consultative sales strategies, leveraging in-depth product and disease state knowledge, and developing a comprehensive territory business plan. Additionally, the consultant will be responsible for documenting sales activities and reporting to management through a structured call reporting system.

This role involves selling products to healthcare professionals and support teams in clinical and hospital settings, as well as providing assistance during surgical procedures when necessary.

Compliance with all internal control activities in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations is essential. This position may require significant travel, potentially up to 50% of the time, depending on various factors.

Requirements for Success:
• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in medical sales, preferably in a consultative capacity.

• Documented track record of sales achievements.

• Ability to work independently and autonomously.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities, both written and verbal.
