Job Summary

This role is responsible for strengthening existing relationships and developing new business opportunities by selling imaging solutions to key decision-makers in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attain sales quotas and margin goals for equipment, durables, and service contracts.
  • Drive outside sales efforts, making effective sales and product presentations to customers.
  • Identify customer needs and provide consultative department workflow recommendations.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to advance and close sales opportunities.
  • Address customer service needs, including supplying information on products, pricing, and service complaints.
  • Prepare weekly reports on sales calls, territorial and market trends, and competitive activity.
  • Maintain current account records and establish a positive vendor relationship.
  • Work within expense budget guidelines and develop a self-improvement program.
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company's Vision, Mission, and Values.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Three to five years' sales experience and/or radiology technical equipment experience
  • Knowledge of the imaging industry and experience selling B2B imaging solutions
  • Ability to work comfortably with department-level and C-level customer management
Competencies
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external customers
  • Ability to work independently and provide timely results
  • Proficient with MS Office applications and CRM software
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
