Account Executive

This role is responsible for strengthening existing relationships and developing new business opportunities by selling imaging solutions to key decision-makers in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities- Attain sales quotas and margin goals for equipment, durables, and service contracts.
- Drive outside sales efforts, making effective sales and product presentations to customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide consultative department workflow recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to advance and close sales opportunities.
- Address customer service needs, including supplying information on products, pricing, and service complaints.
- Prepare weekly reports on sales calls, territorial and market trends, and competitive activity.
- Maintain current account records and establish a positive vendor relationship.
- Work within expense budget guidelines and develop a self-improvement program.
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company's Vision, Mission, and Values.
- High School Diploma
- Three to five years' sales experience and/or radiology technical equipment experience
- Knowledge of the imaging industry and experience selling B2B imaging solutions
- Ability to work comfortably with department-level and C-level customer management
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with internal and external customers
- Ability to work independently and provide timely results
- Proficient with MS Office applications and CRM software
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
