Account Executive

At DISH, we're redefining the future of connectivity and we're looking for a talented Account Executive to join our Retail Wireless team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth in the Kansas City area.
Key Responsibilities:- Coaching and training sales representatives at retail store locations
- Driving and inspecting marketing campaigns and Boost brand standards at retail stores
- Making and receiving daily calls to stores to assist with performance and customer escalations
- Identifying new retail distribution points using local knowledge and real estate contacts
- Communicating with store owners to enhance business sales performance
- Maintaining expert-level product knowledge and implementing plans to exceed sales quotas across the territory
- Bachelor's degree and four years of related work experience or eight years of related work experience post-high school
- Four years of sales and/or account management experience
- Three years of training, relationship development, planning, or business management experience
- One year of selling wireless products or services
We offer a competitive salary range of $USD $ / Year, with a commission potential of $20,000 at 100% of hitting performance goals. Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
