  • This position features a commission-only compensation model with additional bonus opportunities. Typically, Field Sales Consultants earn between $50k - $70k in their initial year, with top achievers exceeding $100k.

Qualifications:

  • Valid local driver's license to visit clients in their homes, along with a vehicle capable of transporting flooring samples
  • Participation in both in-person and virtual sales meetings and training sessions
  • Focus on Business Development: achieving a minimum monthly target of self-generated sales
  • Availability for evening and weekend appointments
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to utilize electronic tablets and measuring tools during sales presentations
  • Professional appearance, including wearing company-branded attire

Earnings vary based on averages and top performers. Sales and installation (excluding certain states) are managed by independent contractors. Insurance options are available through third-party partners.
