Role Overview:
The primary objective of this role is to enhance sales and distribution of Palm Bay's wine and spirits portfolio in the Mid-Atlantic region, with a particular emphasis on Italian fine wines.
This position is entirely focused on sales within the designated market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage, promote, and sell our Italian wines and spirits to a designated clientele in the Mid-Atlantic region.
- Conduct outreach to expand the customer base.
- Educate trade partners and consumers about our brands through tastings and approved events.
- Perform on-site sales activities and manage the transportation of wine and spirit samples to accounts regularly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- 3-5 years of sales experience is required.
- Strong understanding of wine and spirits; knowledge of imported wines and craft spirits is advantageous.
- Self-driven and motivated.
- Established relationships within the wine and spirits industry are essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Able to work autonomously and thrive in a dynamic, energetic, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary.
- Ability to communicate in Italian is preferred.
