Position Summary

A background in education is not required, but a willingness to learn is crucial. As a key member of the store management team, you will actively contribute to developing a high-performing team, driving store sales, and delivering an exceptional retail experience for our customers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role is indeed challenging, but the rewards are significant.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Development
• Recruit and cultivate a motivated, sales-oriented team
• Participate in the training and development of new team members

Revenue Growth & Operational Efficiency

Requirements

Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant retail management experience
• Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Familiarity with retail POS systems
