About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at Unreal Gigs. As a Technical Sales Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Market Identification: Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate these markets.
  • KPI Achievement: Meet monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for new contacts, customer meetings, quotations, and new opportunities.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers through regular site visits and effective communication.
Sales Activities
  • Customer Prospecting: Utilize various methods to find new customers and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
  • Proposals & Presentations: Develop and deliver sales proposals and presentations to customers.
  • Customer Meetings: Conduct regular meetings with customers to discuss sales opportunities and provide updates on product offerings.
  • Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process from initial inquiry to final acceptance and payment.
  • Sales Reviews: Meet regularly with our sales team to review sales activities, customer status, sales goals, and deadlines.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with our sales team to develop a quarterly strategic plan to achieve sales goals and travel expectations.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Technical Sales or Inside Sales.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Material Science, Physics, or equivalent experience in material science, technical sales, and customer relationship management.

  • Sales Planning: Expertise in sales planning, forecasting, and strategic account management.
  • Product Demonstration: Skilled in product demonstrations and group presentations.
  • Negotiation: Effective in negotiating with customers and vendors to maximize profit and manage risk.
  • Information Coordination: Proficient in coordinating information, terms, and conditions between customers and partner companies.
  • CRM Management: Organized in managing records in a current CRM platform.
  • Time Management: Capable of meeting deadlines and managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Professional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
  • Technical Skills: Strong PC skills, especially in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
