Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Director of Business Development and Growth to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development and Growth
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and performance
    • Coach and mentor team members to achieve individual and team goals
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth and expansion
    • Lead sales teams to achieve revenue and expansion goals
    • Develop and maintain sales strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage budgets to achieve business objectives
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement
    • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and expansion
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, and marketing
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
