Business Partner

At Pearson, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Partner to join our Higher Education North America Sales Operations team. As a Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion for our region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute business strategies that drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Provide data-driven insights and analysis to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
  • Lead the development of quarterly and annual revenue forecasts and budgets, and provide guidance to sales management on revenue growth strategies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales performance and pipeline data in Salesforce.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other business systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
