Business Development Partner

At Pearson, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Partner to join our Higher Education North America Sales Operations team. As a Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion for our region.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute business strategies that drive revenue growth and expansion.
- Provide data-driven insights and analysis to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
- Lead the development of quarterly and annual revenue forecasts and budgets, and provide guidance to sales management on revenue growth strategies.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales performance and pipeline data in Salesforce.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other business systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
