About the Role

Florida State Global Partnerships is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Director, Partnership Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for leading sales efforts and developing new corporate partnerships to drive revenue growth and meet annual objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage key category development and platform ideation for new and existing partners
  • Secure and conduct partnership development meetings with potential clients
  • Develop relationships with key colleagues to create a collaborative business development process
  • Present Florida State Global Partnerships to potential local/national sponsorship partners
  • Create, package, and sell sponsorship opportunities while leading a team to meet and exceed revenue goals
  • Manage a pipeline of new business prospects for the entire Partnership sales team
  • Negotiate and close sponsorship deals

Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years of successful corporate sales, premium sales, or brand sponsorship sales experience
  • Proven track record in closing long-term, six-figure integrated marketing partnerships
  • Experience driving revenue growth with emerging opportunities and established partnerships
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Capacity to meet challenging sales objectives in a high-profile, competitive marketplace
