Sales Operations Business Strategist Role
Pearson's Higher Education North America Sales Operations team is seeking a Sales Operations Business Strategist to drive business growth and revenue expansion. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven, data-savvy individual with a proven track record of sales success, excellent business acumen, and a passion for developing and executing strategic plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and business expansion
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives
- Lead the development and implementation of sales analytics and reporting tools to enhance sales performance and business insights
- Partner with Sales to identify and develop new business opportunities, drive sales pipeline growth, and optimize sales strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong financial acumen and experience with sales analytics and reporting tools
- Proven track record of sales success and ability to drive revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams
- Ability to travel at least 15%

Salary Range
The estimated salary range for this role is $90,000 - $95,000 per year, influenced by a wide array of factors, including skill set, level of experience, and specific location. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program, and information on benefits offered is available upon request.
Location
This is a remote/home-based position, but it is preferred that you live within the region you support with travel regionally and to national meetings. A relocation package is not available for this position.
