ECS Limited is in search of a Junior Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

  • Conduct assessments of system capacity and strategic planning. Aid users in navigating and utilizing application systems effectively.
  • Evaluate and interpret intricate system specifications.
  • Demonstrate the ability to collaborate successfully within a diverse and interdisciplinary team setting.
  • Examine current programs and contribute to enhancements, optimizing operational efficiency and refining methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the capability to gauge the technical requirements of non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, Confluence, and Teams.
  • Support the implementation of industry best practices for clients by leveraging a knowledge base to formulate conceptual business models and identify pertinent issues when selecting software solutions.
  • Evaluate the operational and functional baseline of an organization and its components, assisting in defining the strategic direction for engagements while ensuring that organizational requirements are met.
  • Typical focus areas include IT and Operations. Identify technological shortcomings that hinder the functional area's capacity to achieve organizational objectives. Facilitate the development of strategies for improved IT.
  • Create communication tools to gather use-case scenarios for various IT products.
Salary Range: $78,000 - $98,508.50

Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a related role.
  • IT and Operations: Recognize technological deficiencies that impact the functional area's ability to fulfill organizational goals.
  • System Capacity Assessment: Capability to perform system capacity evaluations and planning to guarantee optimal performance and scalability.
  • Complex Requirements Analysis: Investigate and interpret complex system requirements to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative and interdisciplinary team environment.
  • Program Evaluation and Enhancement: Analyze existing programs and assist in refining them to enhance efficiency and improve techniques.
  • Communication Proficiency: Strong communicator with the ability to assess the technical needs of non-technical partners.
  • Application of Best Practices: Aid in the application of recognized best practices within the industry to clients by utilizing a knowledge base to create conceptual business models and identify relevant issues when selecting software packages.
  • Operational and Functional Assessment: Evaluate the operational and functional baseline of an organization and its components, aiding in the definition of strategic direction for engagements while ensuring organizational needs are addressed.
  • Strategy Development for Functional Areas: Contribute to the formulation of strategies for enhanced IT.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

  • Customer-Centric Approach: A strong focus on customer needs with the ability to understand and fulfill the requirements of both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adjust to evolving technologies and quickly learn new systems.
  • Strategic Insight: Capacity to think strategically and align IT initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or other recognized industry credentials.
