Job Responsibilities

The Front/Back Office Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the chiropractic team in both clinical and administrative tasks. Key duties will include:

  • Assisting doctors with patient care and therapy setup
  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
  • Scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and handling claims
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Performing various administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior office administrative experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to work well with others are essential.

A competitive salary range of $17.00 - $20.00 per hour will be offered based on qualifications and experience.
