Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Office Manager and General Manager.
Responsibilities- ">
- Provide basic payroll support, including assisting with payroll, timekeeping, and tip distribution.
- Offer basic accounting support, including A/P, A/R, and coding invoices.
- Offer general office and clerical support, including copying, filing, creating/hanging signs, and telephone inquiries.
- Provide basic employee support, including answering employee inquiries, assisting with new hire orientation, maintaining employee training logs, employee check in, and paycheck distribution.
- Relay any accounting, HR, employee relations, safety, policy or procedural concerns and any situation that may result in disciplinary action, to management in a timely and responsible manner.
- Perform other tasks as requested by the Office Manager or General Manager.

- Advanced proficiency with computers in a Windows platform, including Microsoft applications.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment, including printers, copiers, computers, and fax machines.
- Consistent and reliable attention to detail, accuracy, and validity.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to speak and write clearly and concisely, and get messages across that have the desired effect.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment, work well under pressure of deadlines.
- Ability to successfully interact and collaborate with all team members professionally and supportively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to adhere to the highest standards of ethics, integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
- Ability and willingness to work extended hours (i.e., evenings, weekends, holidays) as frequently required by events or business necessity.
