Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Services Manager to join our team at 517 PROPERTIES LLC. As a key member of our office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in QuickBooks, including AP/AR, reconciliations, and end-of-month closeouts. Experience with ADP Payroll, new hire processing, and export/reconciliation to QuickBooks is also essential.

In addition to your technical skills, you will be responsible for building project binders, closing out binders, sending RFQs to subcontractors, and maintaining up-to-date subcontractor insurance information.

We offer a competitive annual salary of approximately $62,400 based on industry standards.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Provide financial management support using QuickBooks, including AP/AR, reconciliations, and end-of-month closeouts.
  • Payroll Coordination: Manage payroll through ADP, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in building and maintaining project binders, send RFQs to subcontractors, and maintain up-to-date insurance information.
