About the Role

The Office of Experience is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and innovation through new business acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, tactics, and programs to drive business growth and revenue
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including client strategy, marketing, and sales, to develop winning proposals and pitches
  • Manage and develop the Business Development team, including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform business growth strategies
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, sales, and business development strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights-driven recommendations
  • Experience with CRM software, sales automation tools, and other business development technologies
