About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Product Management and Innovation to lead our Loyalty and Partnerships team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy that drives customer engagement, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision and Strategy: Define and execute the product domain vision, strategy, and roadmap for Loyalty and Partnerships, including building new experiences for customers to earn and burn points within our ecosystem and with external partners.
  • Team Leadership: Coach and develop a team of product managers, including evangelizing and role modeling product ways of working that empower the team to make data-driven decisions and be accountable for results.
  • User Experience: Partner with our Experience Design team to develop a holistic, user-centric view of our Loyalty and Partnerships experience that is intuitive, reliable, trustworthy, and reflective of our brand values.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies to advise product strategy and ensure our product portfolio remains competitive.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Develop relationships with Marketing, Operations, Customer Data, and Market teams to understand current and future needs, and help product teams resolve and prioritize competing needs.
  • Vendor Management: Steer the strategic direction and day-to-day performance of loyalty vendor partners, in collaboration with Marketing and Technology.
  • Continuous Improvement: Partner with our Strategic Insights team to measure and drive product and new feature adoption and customer sentiment, while supporting the team to define key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading high-performing product teams.
  • Expertise in digital loyalty/rewards product management, loyalty partnership experience development, and digital customer feedback and support.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage high-performing product teams.
  • Experience working in a global organization, preferably in the consumer/retail sector.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in marketing, business administration, software engineering, project management, or a related field.
