We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Growth and Expansion. Key Responsibilities- Assess and substantiate upsell potential within our customer portfolio, focusing on revenue growth in the coming years.
- Build strong rapport with customers through deep engagement with our Customer Success team.
- Identify expansion challenges and opportunities for our customers and advocate for change to remove blockers for growth.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, in partnership with our Customer Marketing team, focused on high-value products with strong probabilities of conversion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with delivery teams to communicate growth opportunities and value propositions effectively.
- Utilize strategic and consultative selling techniques to position BenchPrep as a trusted advisor in the learning platform space.
- 10-15 years of Sales experience in a SaaS and EdTech environment.
- Candidates with experience within the Associations or Credentialing space, or those who have sold into those sectors will be greatly prioritized.
- Experience working with Enterprise level sales in matrixed organizations where decision making is distributed.
- Self-driven with a proactive mindset to navigate ambiguity and drive results independently.
- Team-oriented with strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude and a knack for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
