Client Relationship Banker

We are currently seeking a Client Relationship Banker.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting clients professionally and building rapport to understand their financial needs.
  • Execute teller duties, including processing financial transactions and managing cash drawer balances.
  • Promote and refer banking products and services, actively following up with potential clients to secure their business.
  • Engage in community initiatives and represent the bank in local organizations.
  • Conduct all banking operations, such as account openings, deposits, and various payment types, in compliance with bank policies.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least two years of experience in retail banking or customer service roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in personal computer usage, with a preference for prior experience in banking software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer service.
  • Availability to work on weekends and evenings as needed.
