Position Overview: The Client Enrollment Specialist role offers flexibility, allowing you to work full-time or part-time according to your preference. This position can be harmonized with other job commitments or tailored to fit your unique schedule.

Payment Solutions: Right Hire Consulting LLC offers a comprehensive range of solutions for business owners, enabling seamless integration with existing systems or the setup of new equipment for payment acceptance.

Business Model: We facilitate card and ACH payments for merchants, supply necessary systems, and earn a percentage of their monthly sales volume.

Flexible Work Schedule: Enjoy the freedom of working independently without the need to report to an office or manager. There are no quotas to meet. You will own your portfolio and can work whenever and wherever you choose, whether full-time, part-time, or on a more flexible basis, with unlimited earning potential.

Lifetime Earnings: Benefit from a lifetime revenue share of 40% on all your merchant accounts. For instance, closing one account allows you to continue earning residuals for the life of that account without needing to remain active in closing additional accounts.

Streamlined Process: Focus on closing business and maintaining client relationships. You will receive extensive training and support, along with all the necessary technology and resources to ensure your success. You can enroll any business in the U.S. into your portfolio.

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience or training is preferred, particularly from traditional or high-ticket sales backgrounds.
  • Willingness to be coached and trained by our team to fully understand our services and effectively identify prospective clients.
  • A self-motivated individual ready to integrate this role into their life and utilize the provided tools to enhance their financial situation.
  • Connections to businesses from past or current roles, or through personal networks, are advantageous.
Compensation Structure:
  • Receive a 40% revenue share on all processed accounts, paid monthly on the 25th.
  • Monthly cash bonuses for successful deal closures.
  • Additional commissions on equipment sold or leased to businesses.
  • Most agents achieve a monthly income of $6,000 by the sixth month and $10,000 by the end of the first year, allowing for continued passive income from previously closed deals.
