Position Overview

The Client Relationship Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities within the designated region. This role requires effective time management and strategic focus on key accounts, ensuring collaboration with internal teams to optimize resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a specified number of sales outreach activities weekly to both existing and potential clients.
  • Drive sales growth for all product lines within the assigned territory.
  • Showcase and promote new product offerings.
  • Provide training on product fitting and software utilization.
  • Work closely with Regional Key Account Managers to enhance demand at identified key account locations.
  • Coordinate with inside sales representatives to follow up on leads generated by the team.
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to achieve sales and growth targets.
  • Facilitate onboarding and training for new accounts.
  • Conduct needs assessments and propose suitable product solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing and develop marketing strategies to support client growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Ensure comprehensive training to meet customer needs.
  • Represent the company at relevant meetings and events.
  • Meet assigned sales quotas and adhere to internal documentation policies.
  • Travel as required to fulfill job responsibilities.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Success Metrics:

  • Achievement of sales targets for assigned accounts.
  • Meeting financial objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; advanced degrees preferred.
  • Understanding of hearing instrument technology and practices.
  • Experience in the hearing healthcare sector or business consulting is advantageous.
  • Proactive, competitive, and results-driven with a focus on accountability.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
