Position Summary

This office role encompasses various responsibilities, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and managing accounts payable tasks.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service:
  • Provide clients with account details, including balances, histories, order statuses, and pricing.
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly.
  • Establish and nurture effective relationships with clients by understanding their needs and informing them about suitable products and services.
  • Investigate specific products within the inventory to address customer requirements.
  • Prepare necessary reports and correspondence.
  • Maintain strong connections with vendor contacts to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Accounts Payable:
  • Process vendor invoicing.
  • Address and resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Manage tax documentation.

  • Strong urgency in addressing customer inquiries and requests.
  • Competitive mindset with a drive to achieve company and personal objectives.
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

  • Proven track record of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

  • Effective communication skills across various levels and backgrounds.

  • Proficient in PC usage, with a focus on Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
