Position Title: Customer Service/Accounts Payable
Employment Type: Temp to Perm
Work Schedule: 1st Shift 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Compensation: $20.00 per hour

Their offerings include preventive maintenance filter service programs, filter bank repairs and upgrades, clean room audits, ductwork video inspections, and indoor air quality investigations.

Position SummaryThis office role encompasses various responsibilities, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and managing accounts payable tasks.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service:- Provide clients with account details, including balances, histories, order statuses, and pricing.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly.
- Establish and nurture effective relationships with clients by understanding their needs and informing them about suitable products and services.
- Investigate specific products within the inventory to address customer requirements.
- Prepare necessary reports and correspondence.
- Maintain strong connections with vendor contacts to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Process vendor invoicing.
- Address and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Manage tax documentation.
- Outstanding customer service abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong urgency in addressing customer inquiries and requests.
- Competitive mindset with a drive to achieve company and personal objectives.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; capable of managing priorities and workflows.
- Proven track record of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
- Effective communication skills across various levels and backgrounds.
- Strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in PC usage, with a focus on Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills, good follow-up, adaptability to new tasks, and a commendable work ethic.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities with enthusiasm.
- Standard office setting equipped for typical business activities.
