Job Summary

This sales position entails learning about our products, market, and industry to develop relationships with surgeons and promote our products in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct sales calls in person to build customer relationships, follow up on leads, and sell products
  • Prospect for new accounts and explore opportunities with existing customers
  • Listen to customer needs and recommend suitable products/solutions
  • Ensure customers are serviced according to company standards
  • Meet sales quotas and goals
  • Complete sales reports and records accurately and in a timely manner
  • Master arthroplasty procedures and product differentiation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 0-2 years of sales experience
  • Comfort working in an operating room environment
  • Willingness to travel within the specified region
  • Achieve 90%+ pass rate on all competency testing
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Computer proficiency and valid driver's license
