Job Title: Business Development Representative

PACE is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our workforce development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local businesses, identifying their workforce needs, and providing tailored business services to support their growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to meet the needs of local businesses and job seekers
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, community organizations, and government agencies
  • Provide business services, including job training, recruitment, and placement, to support the growth and success of local businesses
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement workforce development programs and services
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bi-lingual and fluency in Spanish, Korean, or Chinese is strongly preferred
