Job Summary

NHS Brooklyn CDC, Inc. is seeking an experienced Office Manager and Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage office operations, and contribute to the achievement of our organizational goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provides exceptional customer service, answers phone calls, and directs visitors to the appropriate office or staff member.
  • Manages office supplies, coordinates mail distribution, and ensures efficient use of resources.
  • Prepares and edits documents, reports, and presentations using MS Word, Excel, and other software.
  • Maintains accurate records, including accounting transactions, schedules, and reports.
  • Supports the Director of Operations with program reports, data entry, and filing.

Requirements: An Associate's degree, 3-5 years of relevant experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office software. Estimated Salary: $62,000 - $72,000 per year based on location and industry standards.
