Job Description: Office Administration Manager

The SA Hospitality Group is a leading hospitality company that operates restaurants across the country. We are seeking an experienced Office Administration Manager to join our team. As a key member of the restaurant management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office duties and support functions.

About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires 5 days a week onsite presence. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Management: Support management with bank transactions, daily cash deposits, and petty cash procedures.
* Employee Onboarding: Coordinate new-hire onboarding, including completing I-9 requirements and setting up employee accounts.
* Time Management: Assist with employee timesheets, tip sheets, and payroll processes.
* Organization: Maintain organization and cleanliness of the office space.
* Inventory Management: Order supplies and manage inventory levels.
* Menu Support: Support management with menu reviews and online platform updates.

Requirements:
* Bilingual in English and Spanish.
* Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
* Excellent time management and communication skills.
