Business Operations Assistant and Office Administrator

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
This position requires a flexible and organized individual with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. As a Business Operations Assistant and Office Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring the smooth execution of tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating front desk operations, maintaining a clean workspace, and managing facilities
- Liaising with building management, inventory management, and ordering office supplies
- Supporting new employee onboarding, recognition efforts, and office events
In addition, you will be responsible for:
- Scheduling internal and external meetings, managing calendars, and working with Business Managers
- Coordinating Leadership team outings, including quarterly Board of Directors meeting
To be successful in this role, you should have 2-5 years of office management experience, be able to juggle multiple tasks and personalities, and possess a strong collaborative spirit.
