Position Summary

The Senior Inside Sales Representative will deliver outstanding customer service through various communication channels, including phone and online interactions. All leads are incoming inquiries from customers with specific glass needs, eliminating the need for outbound cold calling. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training for 3-6 months to help you master the specialized terminology and product offerings in the glass industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls professionally, identifying the purpose of the call and verifying customer information.
  • Provide accurate pricing, scheduling, and quality estimates for automotive projects.
  • Schedule appointments for flat projects to facilitate timely sales closures.
  • Respond promptly to email inquiries to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Assist colleagues in the office as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
