Job Overview

We are seeking an Enterprise Inside Sales Representative to become a vital part of Procore's Sales team. In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with our Account Managers and Solution Specialists to facilitate the sales process for our established enterprise clients.

As an Enterprise Inside Sales Representative, you will serve as a knowledgeable resource for our Enterprise Account Managers, managing deals autonomously while maintaining consistent communication with the Sales team. Your sales acumen will be complemented by your technical understanding of cloud-based solutions and expertise in the Procore platform. Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate to establish a robust "Run Rate" business within your designated segment, focusing on product line upselling and contract expansion with existing clients.
  • Cultivate relationships with C-Suite executives and key decision-makers in construction management through client visits.
  • Work in close alignment with Solution Specialists and Account Managers to enhance post-sale revenue initiatives with clients and partners.
  • Engage in presentations and onsite meetings, coordinate RFPs, and position Procore as the premier construction software solution.
  • Partner with the Field Sales team to broaden existing business by addressing clients' technical challenges.
  • Prepare Enterprise Account Managers for success by fostering awareness and interest within client organizations.
  • Achieve complete immersion and mastery of Procore's product offerings, business model, services, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide mentorship and support to fellow team members.
  • Collaborate across all levels of the Procore organization to develop best practices, connecting clients with Product Managers and Marketing to enhance client success and Procore's growth as a market leader.
  • Travel up to 25% to client sites, industry events, and Procore offices.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven success in software sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Familiarity with a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach is preferred.
  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in an inside sales model.
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email with clients.
  • Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools.
  • Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems.
  • Proven capability to develop and manage sales pipeline and forecasting.

Compensation and Benefits:

The base pay range for this role is $35.05 per hour, plus commission, with estimated on-target earnings between $82,800 and $121,500. This position is also eligible for equity compensation. Procore is dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation, and the actual compensation will be based on the candidate's job-related skills, experience, education, and location.
