CROSSMARK Regional Operations Leader Overview

The Regional Operations Leader (ROL) is tasked with guiding a team of Area Managers and hourly staff to deliver exceptional inventory services to our clients. The ROL should inspire their team with a focus on outstanding leadership, ensuring a cohesive and driven workforce. The ROL is accountable for driving financial performance through effective budget management, scheduling, expense oversight, and profit and loss (P&L) management. The ROL leads with enthusiasm and integrity, tackling challenges with a positive mindset. Collaboration with leadership, district partners, and field support teams is essential to cultivate talent within the region and expand business operations.

Position Requirements

+ Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education.

+ At least three (3) years of experience in managing multi-store retail operations.

+ Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced setting.

+ Demonstrated success in achieving exceptional financial outcomes through strategic planning, event execution, expense management, and P&L oversight.

+ Proven ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities and profit growth through enhanced customer engagement and satisfaction.

+ Strong leadership capabilities with a history of training and developing talent for future organizational strength.

+ Excellent communication and service skills to foster relationships with employees and clients.

+ Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, evenings, and adaptable schedules.

+ A minimum of three (3) years of proven driving experience.

+ Willingness to undergo a pre-employment investigative consumer report, screening, and motor vehicle record check as per company standards.

+ A valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance, meeting company driver requirements.

Working Conditions:

This role necessitates frequent travel by car and air. Candidates must be adaptable to changing work conditions, including prolonged periods of standing or sitting, as well as frequent walking, bending, squatting, or kneeling. The ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs is required. Regular shifts may extend up to 10 hours, with occasional longer-distance travel, including overnight stays.
