Key Responsibilities

The primary goal of the Sales Executive is straightforward - to generate new business opportunities for BambooHR. In this role, you will collaborate closely with potential clients to present the BambooHR platform. By nurturing relationships with HR professionals, department heads, and executive leaders, you will empower others to excel and enable them to focus on impactful work. Your success will be measured by your ability to demonstrate the potential return on investment that BambooHR can deliver, transforming prospects into loyal clients. Our sales process is designed to support effective B2B SaaS selling, and you will find our sales culture to be exceptionally inclusive and cooperative.

Your Daily Tasks Include:

  • Identify and qualify small to medium-sized business prospects through phone and email outreach.
  • Manage leads provided by the Sales Development Representative team.
  • Oversee a comprehensive sales pipeline and take responsibility for its management.
  • Engage with marketing qualified leads.
  • Conduct sales via web conferencing and phone, with no travel required.
  • Maintain a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, with in-office presence required from Tuesday to Thursday.

Qualifications Required:

  • Proven track record of surpassing sales targets.
  • A strong desire to build a successful career in sales.
  • Ability to effectively communicate our value proposition to small and medium-sized businesses through webinars, online demonstrations, phone calls, and emails.
  • Demonstrated skills in collaboration and negotiation.
  • A positive mindset, self-driven, and a passion for personal and professional growth.
  • Exceptional written communication abilities.
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the designated area.
  • This is a hybrid role requiring in-office work from Tuesday to Thursday.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales or as a Sales Development Representative (experience in SaaS sales is advantageous).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance teamwork with determination.
  • A positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn from challenges.
  • Coachable with a demonstrated ability to implement feedback effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage and communicate positively with clients.
  • History of being a top performer in previous roles.
  • Understanding of how to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Sales acumen that you can contribute to the team.
