Learfield Amplify is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive, Ticket Sales to join our team in Blacksburg, VA. As a key member of our ticket sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships with clients to maximize ticket sales and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Revenue Generation: Sell Football and Men's and Women's Basketball Season Tickets, Corporate Packages, Partial Plans, Group Tickets, and other Ticket products to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and past clients to ensure repeat business and excellent customer service.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
- Event Execution: Work all home games, performing various ticket sales and service duties throughout the game to ensure a seamless experience for clients and fans.
- Performance Metrics: Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals established by management, and provide regular progress updates to ensure accountability and transparency.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Proven track record in sales and building quality relationships, with a minimum of 6 months of sales or customer service experience.
- Skills: Friendly and professional telephone manner, strong desire to learn about our business and grow your professional career, effectively express ideas verbally and in writing, independently take action beyond what is called for, and generate original and imaginative solutions to business opportunities.
- Personal Qualities: Positive attitude, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.
