Sales Enablement Professional

BambooHR is seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team members in developing their sales skills, growing their careers, and effectively engaging with prospects.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Training and Sales Enablement team to manage BambooHR's sales onboarding program.
- Partner with Sales & Sales Development Managers to develop their team members after onboarding.
- Design, architect, and execute training content that facilitates retention of material and enables Account Executives and Sales Development reps to achieve success in their roles.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions with Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives to influence ongoing performance improvement.
- Work across Sales Enablement team members and other key stakeholders to drive strategic Sales Enablement initiatives and continually improve program offerings.
- Sales Enablement Background: 2-5 years of Sales Enablement experience in a SaaS environment.
- Sales Understanding: Past experience as an Account Executive and/or Sales Development Representative, with a solid foundational understanding of sales methodologies and tools.
- Purpose: A true passion for helping others learn, develop, and succeed.
- Presentation Skills: Strong experience with confidently delivering training, coaching, and presentations both one-on-one and in larger group settings.
- Leadership Mindset: A constant demonstration of BambooHR's core value Lead from Where You Are, even without an official leadership title.
- Content Experience: Past experience with developing and designing training content.
- Collaboration: A team player who respects and works well with others.
- Creative Problem Solving: Thriving amidst ambiguity and approaching novel problems with curiosity.
- Location: Located in Utah and able to come into our UT office 1+ days per week.
- Sales Segment Exposure: Deeply familiar with outbound, SDR, and partner sales segments.
- Attitude: Bursting with contagious positive energy.
- Tech stack: Familiar with core sales tools like Salesforce, Chorus, and Highspot; LMS and content authoring tools; and general business tools like Google Suite and Microsoft Suite.
- Outcome orientation: A pro at understanding what core outcomes need to be achieved and measuring results against those.
- Organization: Prides oneself on planning, coordinating, and communicating clearly.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in a related discipline is strongly preferred.
