Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement our Go-To-Market strategy for international expansion.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of International Sales Managers and their respective Account Executives targeting small to medium-sized businesses.
  • Establish and execute sales forecasting methodologies to ensure revenue targets are consistently met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communication and drive results across various departments.
  • Empower Sales Managers through training and mentorship to cultivate their leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

  • 5-8+ years of experience in SaaS sales leadership, with a proven record of success.
  • Experience in managing international sales teams within the SaaS industry, particularly in regions such as Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Ireland.
  • Familiarity with SMB SaaS sales dynamics is advantageous.
  • Proficient in developing and implementing scalable sales processes.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce and its functionalities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and motivate sales teams, analyze trends, and achieve revenue goals.
  • Capable of rallying support from diverse teams to achieve collective objectives.
  • Possess strong vision-casting and persuasive skills to foster collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly motivated and proactive, with a focus on execution and alignment with BambooHR's mission.
  • Expertise in solution-selling methodologies and a successful track record in the SMB SaaS market.
