Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Leader to join our team. As a Restaurant Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of crewmembers, managing daily operations, and driving sales and profit growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of crewmembers to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Manage daily operations, including inventory, labor, and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profit growth
  • Coach and develop crewmembers to improve performance and retention
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • New restaurant opening and local restaurant marketing experience preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
