We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our Food and Beverage Department at B Hospitality Corp. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and staff supervision.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality dishes that meet our culinary standards.
- Collaborate with the corporate chef to develop new menu items and improve existing ones.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Cross-train staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of food service management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
