About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong organizational and communication skills. As an Executive Chef and Kitchen Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily kitchen operations, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and supervising a team of cooks and kitchen staff.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes and maintain exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement menu planning, inventory management, and food preparation procedures to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards to prevent cross-contamination and protect public health.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and services.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef in a full-service restaurant.
  • Proven track record of successful kitchen management, including inventory control, labor management, and food cost management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
